The app uses AI for a number of tasks. Most importantly, it will label and organize incoming emails automatically. That requires using the Mac app to setup first.
You can also personalize your inbox with a custom view to see what matters for you.
To help manage an email deluge, it’s also possible to create custom actions for different swipes to speed through an inbox. The app also features the Notion editor so you can create any type of email.
Unlike other email apps, you can manage your inbox and create drafts even when offline, making it valuable to use on a plane ride or in an area with bad cell reception.
At launch, the app is available in more than 18 languages including English, Japanese, Korean, French, German, Spanish, Portuguese, Danish, and more.
Notion Mail is a free download now on the App Store. There are no subscriptions or in-app purchases required.
