I’m sharing my experience with the Edmond Primary Care Clinic. When I first posted my review more than a month ago, my husband and I sent a letter and an email to Amanda Bodine, who is supposedly the owner and CEO of this clinic. We never heard back from her regarding my complaint against the office manager, Connie Maldonado. Amanda completely ignored the emails we sent her. Connie told me to go somewhere else, which, by the way, I found another clinic before she even said it. Connie did not follow HIPAA guidelines; she knew that she made a mistake and did not want to deal with the issue, which is why she told me to go somewhere else. In my case, I have a specific request for the release of my records and interactions with other clinics, which Connie, the manager, did not follow. Instead of resolving the issue and being decent about it, Connie and Amanda decided not to deal with it and not provide care for me anymore.I can’t finish my review here. I have more to say, and will continue
