This dump and bake creamy sausage pasta is my kind of dinner: throw everything into a baking dish and let the oven take it from there. No boiling noodles, no browning sausage, and no sink full of dishes afterward.
One-pan creamy sausage pasta is a complete meal on its own. With pasta, sausage, and vegetables baked into one dish, you do not need to make anything else. If you love a hands-off dinner, try my one-pan baked ramen noodles
Seal the foil tightly: Trapping the steam helps the uncooked pasta soften properly.

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Spray a 13 X 9 X 2-inch casserole dish with non-stick cooking spray.
In the prepared pan, add 12 ounces penne pasta, 1 (14-ounce) package sliced smoked sausage, 2 cups fresh broccoli florets, 1 cup grape tomatoes, 1 cup heavy cream, 2½ cups chicken broth, ½ teaspoon salt, and 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning.
Place 1 (5.3-ounce) package Boursin garlic & fine herbs gourmet cheese in the center of the dish.
Cover the pan with foil and bake for 30 minutes.
Remove the foil, stir the pasta and melted cheese. Bake for an additional 10 minutes, or until the pasta is soft.
Stir, then let the pasta sit for 5 minutes to thicken the sauce.
