Order placed in the morning 10 was NOT delivered at the doorstep until evening ,instead left abandoned at the building entrance. Delivery person never called before dropping the package neither rang the designated door bell. In addition when checked the website in the evening , it displayed that the order was not yet shipped. When confronted in the wassap group, they ruthlessly delete your message from the group, ruthlessly argue over 1:1 chat and instead of accepting their fault they have the audacity to remove you from the group. What an harrowing experience it was dealing with these guys!!! Forget about customer delight their customer handling service is ruthless and arrogant.
