Job Description: RenovateRX is currently seeking a skilled and experienced Electrician to join our team. As an Electrician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and functionality of electrical systems in the various properties we handle in Catskill, New York. Your primary responsibility will be to perform electrical installations, repairs, and maintenance tasks in compliance with electrical codes and regulations.

Responsibilities:

• Install, troubleshoot, and repair electrical systems, fixtures, and equipment in accordance with local electrical codes and safety standards.
• Conduct regular inspections of electrical systems to identify any potential issues or hazards and recommend necessary repairs or upgrades.
• Collaborate with other team members and contractors to ensure seamless coordination of electrical work during property renovations or upgrades.
• Respond promptly and efficiently to electrical emergencies or service requests.
• Perform routine maintenance tasks, including inspecting and testing electrical systems, replacing faulty components, and upgrading electrical panels or wiring as needed.
• Keep accurate records of work performed, including documenting installations, repairs, and inspections.
• Ensure compliance with all safety protocols and regulations to maintain a safe working environment for yourself and others.
• Stay updated with the latest electrical codes, regulations, and industry advancements to ensure adherence to best practices.

Requirements:

• Valid electrician license or certification in the state of New York.
• Proven experience as an electrician, preferably in residential or commercial settings.
• Thorough knowledge of electrical systems, codes, and safety standards.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work with precision.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Physical stamina and the ability to perform manual labor and work in various environments.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
