Job Description: RenovateRX is currently seeking a responsible and dedicated Caretaker to join our team. As a Caretaker, you will be responsible for ensuring the maintenance, cleanliness, and overall care of the various properties that RenovateRX handles in Catskill, New York. Your primary objective will be to provide a safe, comfortable, and enjoyable environment for our guests.

Responsibilities:

• • Perform regular inspections of the properties to identify any maintenance or repair needs.
  • Address any immediate maintenance or repair issues promptly and efficiently.
  • Coordinate and supervise external service providers, such as plumbers, electricians, painters, carpenters, and landscapers, as needed.
  • Keep the properties clean, organized, and well-maintained.
  • Handle routine maintenance tasks, such as light bulb replacement, minor repairs, and touch-up painting.
  • Ensure that all safety protocols and regulations are followed at all times.
• Respond to guest inquiries and requests related to property maintenance in a timely and professional manner.
• Keep track of inventory and order necessary supplies and equipment.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and report any issues to the appropriate supervisor.
• Maintain a positive and friendly relationship with guests and provide assistance when needed.
• Stay updated on property rules, regulations, and emergency procedures.
• Maintain a high level of cleanliness and organization in common areas, such as lobbies, hallways, and outdoor spaces.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior experience in property maintenance or caretaking is preferred.
• Knowledge of basic maintenance tasks, such as plumbing, electrical work, painting, and carpentry.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to identify and resolve issues promptly.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
• Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects when required.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Local resident of Catskill or nearby areas preferred.
