Says Julie on have a beautiful week: “I got an official autism assessment and diagnosis at 39 (my therapist shared her findings just this week), and I’m swimming in a lot of ‘What now?’ It’s a relief to more deeply understand why so many things that seem easy for others are difficult for me, but there’s grief in realizing that it will cost me a lot to fully ‘unmask.’ Some Instagram accounts that have helped me learn and feel less alone: @iampayingattention, @cindyrobinsonllc, and @christinedoyle.ie.
