LALIQUE MANHATTAN DIAMOND NECKLACE AT Maison d’Artiste!

Honored to wear this iconic diamond Lalique Manhattan Necklace for opening night of their global flagship, Maison d’Artiste! It resides in the historic Chopard Mansion and the space is absolutely phenomenal, and feels like you’re stepping into the most luxurious townhouse on the Upper East Side, full of exquisite French crystal and glass creations of course. The Manhattan Necklace is a wonderful high jewelry piece made exclusively for the flagship and it is so spectacularly special. The design is a perfect interpretation of an original drawing by René Lalique that was taken from the house’s archives: white gold, entirely paved with diamonds, and illustrates New York’s iconic skyline. It required 420 hours to craft. This story behind it inspires me, and it feel like such an honor to wear a piece of thoughtful art inspired by the city that I love so much around my neck.
