New OnePlus Ace 6 variant with Dimensity 9500 SoC tipped to launch in April

OnePlus unveiled the Ace 6 in China in October last year, followed by the Ace 6T in December. Now, a tipster suggests that OnePlus could soon expand the lineup with another variant.

According to tipster Smart Pikachu, OnePlus is preparing to launch a new Ace 6 model powered by a MediaTek Dimensity 9500 SoC, paired with a 6.8-inch display. The new phone is tipped to launch next month.

For context, the standard Ace 6 is equipped with the Snapdragon 8 Elite Extreme Edition chipset, while the Ace 6T features the newer Snapdragon 8 Gen 5.

The tipster also claims that the upcoming Ace 6 variant will feature a 165Hz refresh rate display, similar to the OnePlus 15T, which is set to launch on March 24.

Meanwhile, another leaker, Digital Chat Station, revealed last week that OnePlus is working on an Ace 6 Ultra. It is likely that Smart Pikachu is referring to the same device.
