Colorado is currently being exposed without Cale Makar, but perhaps it was a case of some Game 1 rust that led to their defeat. Now down 1-0, we will see a more hungry Avs team that will need to break through John Tortorella’s pretty well balanced Vegas Golden Knights. The Avs will need to tighten up a bit and find a way to win without Makar. Vegas will need to “simply” hold off what will likely be an early game push.
