NY Rangers Game 30: Rangers at Blues

The Rangers are unfortunately back at it tonight in St. Louis against another bad team that they should beat, but probably won’t. Sorry if this comes off as doom-and-gloom, but there is nothing about this team that gives us confidence right now. Normally we can find some stats or something that would give us hope, but the mistakes this team is making are basic Hockey 101 mistakes.

They are lazy. They care, but they have a weird way of showing it. We can call for lineup changes all we want, but let’s be real, it’s not like that will matter much. Lineup tweaks only work when there are minor things that need fixing. The Rangers need a wakeup call that clearly didn’t come from the Jacob Trouba trade.

Note: This was written before lineups were released.
