Prison Theater: A Community Dialogue

Join renowned scholar and community arts practitioner Jan Cohen-Cruz for a conversation about her new book, See Me: Prison Theater Workshops and Love (New Village Press). Jan will read from the book, play short recorded excerpts by some of the contributors, and then facilitate an exchange about the impact of the arts in carceral spaces on those involved.

Hosted by the Theatre Education and Applied Theatre Graduate Programs at Emerson College. Co-sponsored by the Emerson Prison Initiative and New Beginnings Reentry Services.
