Guardian found a tiny gap around the chimney flashing during inspection. They sealed it and added extra support. It’s the little things—really appreciate it!
Had a small drip coming from the ceiling, and they found the issue fast. Fixed it the same day and even reinforced the surrounding area. Great service!
