Remember When: Rangers Preseason Moments, Part 3

For hockey fans, preseason is a time of anticipation as we get ready for the grueling NHL season, with our favorite teams set to battle through 82 intense games over six months. One of the exciting aspects of preseason is watching players fight for a spot on the main roster, trying to figure out who’s who and where they’ll fit on the team, creating exciting Rangers preseason moments in the process.

While much of what happens during the Rangers’ preseason might seem forgettable, those who, like me, have closely followed these games over the years know that some memorable moments have unfolded during hockey’s version of spring training. Here’s part 3!

Ryan McDonagh’s OT winner versus the Philadelphia Flyers

Marian Gaborik’s PPG and OT GWG versus the New Jersey Devils

Kaapo Kakko’s Breakaway Goal versus the Boston Bruins (and second goal included)
