After months of leaks and rumors, Samsung has finally begun teasing its upcoming wide-screen foldable, widely expected to be called the Galaxy Z Fold8. The next-generation Galaxy Z foldables are rumored to be unveiled on July 22.
The company has shared six cryptic teasers across its social media channels, offering the first official hints at its rumored wide-screen foldable without explicitly revealing its name.
While the teasers don’t reveal the device itself, they repeatedly emphasize a wide form factor with visuals and messaging. Samsung also uses phrases such as “A New Shape” and “A Bold Stroke,” seemingly hinting at the rumored Galaxy Z Fold8’s redesigned, wider aspect ratio.
Below are two of Samsung’s teaser videos.
You can watch all six teaser videos on Samsung’s official YouTube channel and Instagram page.
With the teasers now underway, it’s likely only a matter of time before Samsung officially announces the launch date for the Galaxy Z Fold8, which is expected to debut alongside the Galaxy Z Fold8 Ultra and Galaxy Z Flip8.
