I engaged TM Town Planning Consultancy in 2022 and paid for professional services that were never delivered. Since then, there has been no meaningful progress, repeated missed timelines, and long periods of no response at all, even after formal written follow-ups and deadlines.
When queried, the delay is consistently blamed on the consultant being “out of the country,” which has been used as an explanation for years. No alternative arrangements, delegated authority, or workable plan was ever provided.
At this point, money has been taken, the work has not been done, and communication has effectively ceased. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this firm.
