Xiaomi launched the 18 Pro series in China last week, but unlike last year, the standard Xiaomi 18 was not part of the announcement. The base variant is rumored to launch separately in December, and a tipster has now revealed its complete specifications.
According to tipster Panda is Bald on Weibo, the standard Xiaomi 18 will also feature a dual 200MP rear camera setup, similar to the Xiaomi 18 Pro and 18 Pro Max.
The phone is tipped to feature a 1/1.28 inch 200MP primary sensor and a 200MP periscope telephoto camera with 3x optical zoom. The tipster also claims that the handset will feature a 50MP ultrawide camera.
Additionally, the Xiaomi 18 is said to be powered by the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 6 chipset and feature a 6.4 inch M11 display with a 1.5K resolution. The phone is also tipped to pack a 7,200mAh battery with support for 100W wired charging.
The tipster has reiterated that Xiaomi will launch the smartphone in December.
