The Best & Biggest Deals From QuakeCon 2025’s Big Steam Sale

It’s that time of year once again when hundreds and hundreds of people bring their PCs to a big convention center in Texas to celebrate all things id Software. Yup, QuakeCon is back and starts on August 7. And as is often the case, Bethesda and id Software are doing a giant QuakeCon sale on Steam, offering up a huge list of awesome PC games for cheaper than normal.

Starting on Thursday and running until Sunday, August 10, QuakeCon 2025 is happening in Grapevine, Texas. And yes, lots of people are lugging their computers and monitors to the event to hook up with other players (digitally! Mostly…) and play a bunch of video games together while attending various other events. But even if you can’t make it down to Texas this year to frag others in person, you can at least take advantage of the QuakeCon 2025 sale happening now on Steam.

The big sale runs from now until August 13, so don’t wait too long to grab a copy of Fallout 4, Starfield, or…Doom? You probably already have Doom. But hey, you can gift it to someone. Spread the joy of boomer shooters with more people. That’s the spirit of QuakeCon!

To help you buy a great game or two for yourself or someone else, here’s our handy dandy list of the biggest and best deals we spotted on Steam:
