The Rangers need some piss and vinegar

Live From the Blue Seats is back as Dave and Producer JL talk Rangers offseason plans, trade rumors, roster construction, and the need for the Rangers to add some piss and vinegar to the lineup. The Rangers were far too soft and vanilla last season, and the need to add some grit is clear. But human nature is a factor, and Chris Drury needs to ensure he doesn’t get tunnel vision on the piss and vinegar, swinging the pendulum too far in the other direction where there’s no skill. Balance, as always, is needed.

In addition to Drury needing to channel his inner Thanos, Dave and JL talk some potential off the radar moves he could make to ensure the Rangers get that piss and vinegar without sacrificing skill. It will take the best offseason of his career, but it is doable if some rumors about younger players being available via trade are true.
