vivo V60’s launch date announced, processor confirmed

vivo started teasing the vivo V60 a few days ago, and today, the brand’s Indian branch announced that the smartphone will be unveiled on August 12 in India at noon local time.

The V60’s specs sheet is yet to be detailed, but vivo has confirmed that the smartphone will be powered by the Snapdragon 7 Gen 4 SoC and boot Android 15 with Funtouch OS 15 on top.

The vivo V60 will pack a quad-curved display and have a 6,500 mAh battery under the hood. The smartphone will feature four cameras – a 50MP selfie, a 50MP primary, a 50MP telephoto, and an ultrawide unit of unspecified resolution.

All four cameras of the vivo V60 are co-developed with ZEISS, and the smartphone will also come with ZEISS’ multi-focal portraits. Additionally, the vivo V60 will come with AI Four-Season Portrait and an India-exclusive Wedding vLog feature.

The vivo V60 will also be IP68 and IP69-rated and have three color options – Auspicious Gold, Moonlit Blue, and Mist Gray.
