Job Description: RenovateRX is currently seeking a skilled and experienced Plumber to join our team. As a Plumber, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the proper functioning of the plumbing systems in the various properties we manage in the Catskill region. Your primary responsibility will be to perform plumbing repairs, installations, and maintenance tasks to ensure the highest quality of service for our clients.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct inspections of plumbing systems in different properties and identify any issues or potential problems.
• Install, repair, and maintain plumbing fixtures, pipes, and fittings in accordance with building codes and industry standards.
• Troubleshoot plumbing problems and implement effective solutions to ensure optimal system functionality.
• Collaborate with other team members and contractors to coordinate plumbing-related projects and tasks.
• Respond to plumbing emergencies in a timely manner and perform necessary repairs or replacements.
• Keep accurate records of work performed, including materials used and time spent on each task.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Stay up-to-date with plumbing regulations, best practices, and industry advancements.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Plumber, preferably in a residential or commercial setting.
• Valid plumbing license or certification.
• Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, fixtures, and materials.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
• Proficient in using plumbing tools, equipment, and diagnostic devices.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Effective communication and customer service skills.
• Physical stamina and the ability to work in various environments and conditions.
