Fashion month is still in full swing, and EXPRESS and VOGUE just hosted an intimate get together at Jac’s on Bond this NYFW. When I think of EXPRESS, I think black and white and I think timeless. That’s exactly what I leaned into for this night. A strapless dress really never goes out of style.
